We all remember one of the main fashion rules, “White makes you fat; dark colors make you look slim, ” right? This “rule” is so firmly settled in my head that every time I try on some white top or dress, I find a lot of reasons why I should not buy it. And at some point I realized that I have almost no white clothes in my wardrobe.
But during my third trimester, amazing changes have occurred – not only in my body, but also in my self-perception. All emotions seem to subside, and so many things I just have started to accept as they are. I want pure food, pure thoughts, pure colors … and white, of course. White looks so wonderful against the background of the blue sky and green foliage!
Помните правило “Белое полнить, темное стройнит”? Оно так прочно засело в моей голове, что каждый раз примеряя очередной белый топ или платье, я находила кучу причин, почему мне не стоит это покупать. И в какой-то момент я поняла, что у меня практически нет белых и светлых вещей в гардеробе.
Но во время третьего триместра происходят удивительные изменения не только в огранизме, но и в самоощущении себя. Все эмоции как-будто бы утихают и очень многие вещи начинаешь принимать такими как есть. Хочется чистых цветов… и белого. Он так чудесно смотрится на фоне голубого неба и зеленой листвы!
